Built the visuals for TMS Sound as a straight nod to mid–late 90’s sound system flyer culture, when posters were loud, gritty and fully DIY. Pushing texture, distortion and hand-drawn elements.

The approach leaned into expressive typography, marking and layered analogue grit. Building visuals that feel as physical and pressure tested as the rigs themselves.

@tmssoundsystems is rooted in Cape Town’s growing sound system culture, a solid crew building custom stacks and delivering heavyweight, chest rattling sessions wherever they land. Proper selector energy. Carefully tuned frequencies. Full-body listening experiences 🔊

An ode to the heartbeat of Mimosas: TMS Sound Systems🔊

From the dust rose two monstrous wooden beasts - hand-built, sun-baked, resonance-rich and unapologetically loud. Not speakers. Not boxes. But timber titans carved for communion.

These legends engineered the pulse of our camp last year - warm, woody, primal sound that wrapped the dancefloor like a dust storm sermon.

And the best part?

They’re coming back.

Same monsters. Same magic. Same dust-shaking devotion.
Prepare your bones accordingly.

We’re excited to be closing the year off on Kurland with some truly out-of-the-box artists. We’ve taken a step back hoping to refine what we do in Plett. Our focus is still on the warmer, soulful side of house music but the party is much more intimate.

Tickets are a bit tricky. It’s a two step process. First you register through the reservation link. Once registered we will send you a promo code which you use to buy the actual ticket. Promo codes will start getting sent out today but are limited!
