大家可能不知道濕度才是熱衰竭的關鍵因素，氣溫45度濕度40%，跟氣溫36度濕度75%那個比較恐怖呢？


答案是36度75%濕度。

最近對氣溫真的對街頭藝人是個考驗。
溫度高不說，濕度動輒超過70%。



身體的汗水是調節體溫的關鍵，當濕度過高時汗水是排不出去的，排出去了也會全部黏在身上走不掉，這時候你的體溫無法調適只能中暑給你看了。

當然更不用說我這一身EVA材質的泡綿鎧甲⋯⋯

但太陽大還可以休息，拜託別下雨就好。

這次的拳擊課超難超好玩，主要在練習對方做假動作之後的反應，看清楚哪一個是真的出拳，馬上接反擊，我只覺得緊張到不行…
