Behind this gorgeous dress, there's a very real issue....

It's made of essential items, like food and toiletries - and it represents the millions of people who are going without these very things right now and are having to turn to food banks just to get by.

So with @TiaKofi, we're planting the seeds for change.

Because ending hunger starts with all of us. And there’s never been a more important time to act. 💚

One year ago, we launched our Brew it Fair campaign, and said the tea industry had to change.

Because the bitter truth in tea is that just 1 in 5 farmers in Kenya earn enough to live on. In parts of India, tea workers still earn less than £3 a day. That’s not fair.

And one year on the pressure is working.

☕️Fairtrade tea sales grew by 35% - that’s 549 million more cups choosing a fairer deal
☕️ @sainsburys switched all own-brand tea to Fairtrade - delivering around £1 million a year back to producers
☕️ 100,000 of you signed our petition and took this fight to government

But there’s still more to do to make the tea industry fair.

We call on all tea brands and retailers selling tea to join our movement for fairer tea - and together, we can #BrewItFair

And we need everyone to be choosing Fairtrade tea and backing the farmers behind it.

The opening of the Queer Embassy at Volksgarten Pavillon was more than a reception, it was a moment of togetherness. Between sunlight, applause, and so much queer joy, performances by Popchor Wien, heartfelt speeches from Alfons Haider and Tia Kofi, alongside the presence of many local drag queens, transformed the space into something truly special ❤️

A huge thank you as well to Andreas Brunner from QWIEN and Monika Haider, whose work has shaped queer visibility and community in Vienna for years. Hosted beautifully by Sebastian Humi 🌈
