Our thought was to bring some joy to one of our young patients Coen, who has had an incredibly challenging past year with his health.

He’s a big fan of the Oilers so we reached out to a few of the players we have worked with hoping that one or two would stop by during one of our his adjustment and give him a quick fist bump to brighten his day.

Instead nearly 20 Oilers came with a signed hoodie and tickets to their next playoff game tomorrow night to show their support of Coen. They made it a day he will never forget.

Totally next level experience.

After taking a brutal hit headfirst into the boards this season, Connor trusted Dr. B and the Thrive team to help support his recovery and get him back on the ice as quickly and safely as possible. We were honoured to be part of that process.

Not only is Connor an incredible athlete, but he’s humble, generous, and a genuinely great human - and awesome to work with! We’re also pretty fired up about the signed jersey now hanging on our athlete wall 🔥
