Ten years in the making and just around the corner.
On September 17, 2016, I had a simple thought: I want to be able to do 40 full push-ups at age 85. So I worked it backwards. If I start today and don’t stop — I’ll get there.
Today is Day 3,500 in a row.
Minimum 40 each day. That’s at least 140,000 push-ups to date.
No magic. A daily notch on a streak app keeping me honest. A simple decision made once — and then again every single day since.
That’s what resilience actually looks like. Not dramatic. Not loud. Just: show up again.
