Blowing away the last cobwebs of 2025 ⭐️.

Truthfully I’ve found most of this year overwhelming and exhausting. I’m looking forward to slowly easing myself into a new year, resting, hibernating, slowing down and enjoying those little glimmers. No new year resolutions here, just a few little ‘tweaks’ where I can to try and make life easier.

Feeling grateful for so many things and the lessons learned in 2025, yes universe I amlistening 🥰.

A very special letter arrived today and Odey and I are delighted to be one of gorgeous Freddie’s sponsors and to be able to help in some small way.

This exact time last year I dreamed of how Christmas might look this year, surroundedby piles of rubble and dust you do start doubting. It was a disastrous weekend, things had run behind schedule, we had a heavy snowfall and the roof was halfway through being replaced. The plasters had managed to knock the radiator pipe and water was pouring out all over the newly plastered kitchen.

So Christmas is starting early this year as I want to enjoy every single moment. Apparently nostalgia is back in fashion this year but for me it never left, I love that the Christmas tree is full of memories. It’s been another tough year but I’ll always be grateful for this perfectly imperfect little life ❤️🎄 💫.

Someone had fun at the Pup-kin Patch today with his pal Mitsy 🥰🎃. As Odey gets older (he’s 9 next year, how did that happen 😢) he now suffers from increased noise phobia and sensitivity which means he doesn’t cope as well in busy situations as he used to. He really loved the sniffs and the little agility course today but I do think our days at these type of events are now numbered as I don’t want him to suffer any unnecessary stress. So grateful we’ve had the chance to do what we have though, as long as my boy is happy then I’m happy ❤️🐾❤️. #pupkinpatch #dobbiesgardencentre #pumpkintreats
