Her book discusses her challenges with co-parenting but the genuine energy she exudes in the real world is bar none.
This year the girlies are supporting one another and I love it because truthfully, we need that.

This month I learned that keeping your trauma to yourself is better than sharing with opportunists. I should have seen the red flags when she gossiped about her hosts and ‘best friends’ using drugs at her party but the point is, God don’t like ugly. And when you mistreat someone going through things who went out of their way for you it will indeed come back to you. Vengeance is the lord’s.
I’m grateful for this enlightenment,discernment, protection and favor.
In the meantime, thank you to my friends who held me down when ole girl pulled that snake move.

Celebrated the launch of the Heir Series II—a silhouette built specifically for the speed and artistry of the women’s game. The day started with all the vibes: vegan breakfast wraps, fresh pressed juice, and custom gold charm bracelets with @cutandcroppednyc We even had braiders on deck to get us game-ready! 💇🏽‍♀️✨
But once the gear went on, it was strictly business. We hit the court for suicide drills led by an official WNBA trainer before jumping into a full-blown match against semi-pros and professionals. It was intense, high-energy, and purely about the love of the game.

Chef Nikki’s journey—from a dishwasher in Tokyo to training at Masa and Sushi Nakazawa—is so inspiring. The textures, the freshness, and her warm, conversational service made it a literal adventure for my tastebuds.
