A follower of Jesus Christ, Dauve credits God for transforming his perspective on life and shaping the purpose behind every movement he makes.

Known for his freestyle foundation and musical-theater influence, Dauve blends storytelling with culture to create a style that feels lived-in, emotional, and unmistakably his. He has traveled the world battling, teaching, and impacting communities across multiple countries—using dance as a bridge, a testimony, and a tool to inspire.

“DeAndré “Yummy” Brown, a Miami-born dancer now based in Tampa Bay, has built a 20+ year career mastering ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, Vogue, and more. Trained at institutions like the University of the Arts, Hillsborough Community College, and organizations such as Hype Elite the Iconic House of Ninja & the Iconic House of Prodigy, they have developed an unique & distinctive, versatile style. Yummy became a prominent figure in the Black Queer Ballroom scene, earning the title of “Mother” of the Florida chapter of the House of Ninja while excelling in categories like Drag Performance, Hands Performance, and Runway. The current house that Yummy is in, is called The House of Xclusive-Lanvin. Their involvement in dance communities such as the Ballroom scene, church, and all-style dance communities further expanded their artistry, leading to the creation of his various organizations which is Yummy’s World, The Reed’s & The Central FL Ballroom Collective.

Passionate about showcasing and educating through dance, Yummy continues to push boundaries, blending cultural influences and innovative choreography to make a lasting impact on the arts and to change the lens of the watcher. Consistently motivating, moving and inspiring the world.“

She takes up spacein the freestyle community while also working in the commercial dance industry. As far as street styles, Crystal has trained in Popping, Hiphop, and Waacking. She uses these styles in collaboration with her classical training to create her authentic and unique style of movement.

“My first time DJing somewhere new like Jacksonville—where I’ve never been before—takes me right back to the feeling of when I first started dancing. That excitement of just wanting to show up and share my passion.

It’s crazy to think it’s almost been 13 years of being part of the Tampa community, and 5 years of DJing. I came here from Mexico, and being able to represent where I’m from while doing what I love means everything to me. I’m proud to be Mexican and proud to bring that energy with me wherever I go.

This year has honestly been a blessing. From all the events I got to be part of, to the people who trusted me with their ideas, to the connections I built along the way—it all means a lot. I got to help create moments dancers can look back on, and even play exclusive tracks from friends of mine.
