Asllan 은 C.S. Lewis의 소설 나니아 연대기에서 영감을 받아, 사자(아슬란)의 관점에서 현대에 일어나는 사건들을 목격하며 쓰여진 한국인 프로듀서 Soolee 의 프로젝트이다.
2019년 Oslated 레이블을 통해 발매한 트랙 <Vagabond> 로 이름을 알리게 되었으며, 이후 정규앨범 <The Great Flood (2025)> 와 3장의 EP, 4개의 리믹스, 1개의 바이널 그리고 Monument 믹스 (MNMT298) 을 릴리즈하며 그의 음악적 세계관을 확고히 하였다. Asllan 의 음악은 넓은 BPM에 적용된 원초적인 그루브와 상상력을 자극하는 사운드로 스토리를 이룬다. 지난 Prompt 2025 에서 라이브셋을 처음 선보였으며, 오랜기간 개발해온 두번째 라이브 셋을 연주하게 된다.

Inspired by C.S. Lewis’s novel The Chronicles of Narnia, Asllan is a project by Korean producer Soolee, written from the perspective of the lion (Aslan) witnessing modern-day events.
He rose to fame with the track ”Vagabond“ released on Oslated in 2019, and has since solidified his musical style with the release of his full-length album, ”The Great Flood (2025),“ three EPs, four remixes, and one vinyl release. Asllan‘s music tells a story with primal grooves and imaginative sounds applied to a wide BPM. Having debuted a Live set at Prompt 2025, he will now perform his second live set, a long-in-development effort.

Asllan - The Great Flood [OSL037]

Asllan is a music project inspired by C.S. Lewis’s novel The Chronicles of Narnia, written like a book while witnessing events that occurred in the present day from the perspective of the lion (Aslan). It is produced by Korean producer Soolee.

The first full-length album, The Great Flood, which is expressed with the unique primitive sound and groove established through previous albums. Lists primal emotions to compose the entire story and invites the listener‘s imagination to the meaning contained within.
