The woman who worked 3 jobs to provide me a big life when I was a kid. Waiting tables on most Christmas’ and cleaning houses on weekends. She knows the value of hard work. She never took hand outs and always quietly shuffled money around to ensure I had everything I needed. So it is humbling now to open our lives up and ask for help but I believe in community and I believe now more than ever, that the people closest to us are all we have.
