This record was born from a time of deep transformation — after losing my grandmother and surviving a near-death experience giving birth to my twin boys. In the quiet of Joshua Tree, I began writing as a way to heal. The album was produced by Steve Stout (Lifehouse) from Nashville while I was in Joshua Tree, engineered by Alex Williams (GRAMMY winner with Jon Batiste) at The Village Studios in Los Angeles, and engineered by Pat Kearns at Goat Mountain Recording Studios.

Today felt really good. I brought in two new songs I recently wrote and started shaping them further with the band — hearing them come alive in the room was honestly incredible. So grateful for these musicians and this creative energy.🙏🥹

After years of creating, releasing albums, performing, collaborating, press, television appearances, and so many beautiful experiences along the way… I think I’m finally arriving at a place where I no longer feel the need to prove myself in my career anymore.

Today felt really good. I brought in two new songs I recently wrote and started shaping them further with the band — hearing them come alive in the room was honestly incredible. So grateful for these musicians and this creative energy.🙏🥹

After years of creating, releasing albums, performing, collaborating, press, television appearances, and so many beautiful experiences along the way… I think I’m finally arriving at a place where I no longer feel the need to prove myself in my career anymore.
