Fuelling Ambition®
Giving everyday athletes the strength to go further.
@styrkr.clubs
Most UK athletes don’t train in real heat often enough to adapt to it.
So when summer finally arrives, every session feels harder.
This is where hydration comes into play. Higher temperatures increase sweat loss, meaning you lose fluids and essential electrolytes faster.
SLT+ gives you everything you need to stay hydrated and keep performing when the temperature rises.

Ultra racing rarely goes exactly to plan.
Coming into the weekend, @elseydavis was already managing a lingering case of bronchitis, but from the start line the intent was clear. Calm, composed, and committed to seeing what was possible.
From the crew side, the focus stayed simple. Efficient stops, consistent fuelling, and readiness for whatever the race demanded.
Through the opening sections and into the first aid stations, it was about control in tough conditions, managing effort, and steady intake as the race built.
Despite cold temperatures, technical terrain and worsening weather, Elsey moved strongly into the second crew point, with fuelling dialled and over 500g of carbohydrate taken on board.
But ultra racing reveals what’s underneath, and eventually the illness became the deciding factor. Not the outcome hoped for, but a clear reflection of the effort and commitment to get there.
Elsey dug deep and embodied exactly what we stand for, embracing everything this sport can bring. Regardless of the outcome, we couldn’t be more proud.

What a weekend of racing.
Long days, longer nights, technical terrain, and brutal conditions across every distance. From first light to the final finishers, every athlete out there gave absolutely everything to the mountains.
It’s never just about the start or the finish. It’s the moments in between that matter most. The unseen battles. The lows. The grit it takes to keep moving when everything in you wants to stop.
This is the kind of racing that finds your limits. And asks you to go further.
Until next year 🏴

90K in and still moving strong.
@tomjolyultra flying into the final 10K and down towards Llanberis.
4th overall.
Massive effort from Tom.
Snowdonia through the night. Technical terrain, fog, bog, loose rock and no easy miles. UTS 80 was a proper test — and both the guys came away with lessons learned the hard way.
@mikey_kratzer_ First half felt good — moving well, eating well (styrkr doing its job at 80g+ carbs/hour), reading the terrain. Welsh moorland in daylight is wild, open and honest. Then the sun went down.
Night racing on technical mountain terrain is a different discipline entirely. What looks like a trail in daylight becomes a puzzle in a headtorch beam: loose rock, bog, false lines. My pace dropped. Not fitness. Not fuel. Skill.
28th overall. 7th in age group. 9:44 for 78.5km and 2,555m. Zugspitze 100 miles is next. Longer, harder, darker. This was the prep.
@honda_hennes Somewhere deep in the chaos of the Welsh night, during a race through the darkness of Snowdonia, I was reminded why I keep coming back to these places.
Living in flat Hamburg, technical terrain will probably always challenge me — loose rocks, endless climbs, steep descents disappearing into the dark. But maybe that’s exactly the point. I never come here because it’s easy. I come here to give everything I have and find out how far the mind can carry the body when things get chaotic.
A pretty special kickoff into my Trail Season 2026. 2nd German. Top 25 age group.
A moment of calm before the chaos.
@honda_hennes locked in before heading off into the night.
Day 2 in Snowdonia.
Calm conditions, but plenty building underneath it. Final prep, dialling in fuelling, and the early send-off of the 100M.
The work is done. Execution begins.

Always one of our favourite races on the calendar. Unpredictable weather and the mountains of Eryri National Park make this a challenge like no other.
See you in July for the Ultra.
