A late spring scene from last year, in collaboration with @degournay. We used nasturtium tucked into faux vegetable vases, alongside tumbling garden roses, with a small topiary—a nod to Bunny Mellon’s love of sculpted forms.

Set against the Espalier hand-painted wallpaper by @degournay, created in collaboration with @oakspringgardenfoundation, the scene loosely draws from the gardens at Oak Spring, where these varieties might have grown.

A study in seasonality, just as everything begins to shift.
