IBD is not IBS ...
IBD (Inflamatory Bowell Disease) is an incurable, chronic, lifelong auto immune disease which causes extreme pain and physical damage to the body when exposed to certain foods and conditions. IBS (Irritable Bowell Syndrome) is an unpleasant but managable condition. They are not even the same family.
