Do you have a highlight or a low light from SOTU? Because what was he talking about and why was it the longest in history (no, really!)?

From an emergency phone call to a 5,000 person rally 🚨
It is one thing to be about the movement it is another thing to be the movement. We knew this moment required something different so we put out a clarion call.
AND THE PEOPLE SHOWED UP ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Over 5,600 and counting.
3M streams and counting.
80 plus satellites events from 27 cities
82 buses came in from 16 states
239 partners
And 1K plus faithful leading with prayer as they covered a sacred bridge in Selma.
We came to remind this country that “hands that once picked cotton can now pick presidents.”
And the spirit moved 🙌🏾
Just want to thank every single partner, volunteer, speaker, influencer, vendor and community member who showed up for the #AllRoadsLeadTotheSouth movement activation.
It truly was one of the highlights and honors of my life. I haven’t even had a chance to post anything or tell the story about how a girl from Birmingham was asked by a group of national and local organizations to build something like this in 6 days.
I’m still in awe of what we can accomplish when we all come together. I’m honored to have been trusted to design and execute a vision which allowed the world to see our radical collaboration and united voices. To create a sacred space of strategy, reflection, joy and instructions for my people.
Everything hallelujah.

@iamlegallyhype breaks down the importance of feeling empowered rather than defeated during this movement. She emphasizes the need to believe in God’s power, take action, and have meaningful conversations with friends about voting rights and our power in this country.
This is not a time to sit on the sidelines or feel discouraged—we need to feel bold and united in fighting back.

@samanthapaigeme discusses the root causes of Teen Takeovers, exploring how the absence of government support, community resources, and safe gathering spaces contributes to the problem.
In this episode we examine the lack of mental health support and healthy coping mechanisms, while highlighting that at the core, young people are simply seeking community and places to socialize with one another.

@preachjared shares how feeling overwhelmed by current events doesn’t mean everything is falling apart, but rather that something is being revealed, refined, or rebuilt.
He explores the critical question of who we choose to be in the midst of chaos—whether we’ll be consumed by it or committed to faith and talks about our responsibility to show up with integrity, stand in truth, and hold onto hope, emphasizing that history is shaped not just by crises, but by people who refuse to lose themselves in them. At The Signal Live we are encouraging our community to stay grounded, focused, and hopeful because our choices still matter.
