We made it Nova Scotia, n’ are so very excited to see all the buds, n’ meet new buds, n’ play music with buds, n’ drink beer with buds, smoke cigs, n’ all that shit.
Lake Of Stew rocks. Of course, they haven’t been playing for a long while now, but we still listen to ‘em regularly. We’ll be playing this one with @themcmillanscampboys someday soon when we finally get to making our super group, n’ definitely with the @sunday.night.revue crew once we’re back in town.
Ok. Hope to see all you buds before leaving the Maritimes. Love you! Bye!

Morning, folks!
Keep your arms n’ legs inside the vehicle at all times, until it comes to a complete stop—we’re heading off to the Yukon!
By this time next week, we’ll be off on a tour of the Yukon with our good pal, Ryan McNally. We’re so very excited to have the opportunity to do this, and we thought we’d let you all know. We’ve also been lucky enough, and are absolutely honoured, to have been given a lil’ showcase at the Alaska Folk Festival, in Juneau, AK! :)
Before we leave town, we’ll be doing our FINAL C.A. & Sonny show at Irene’s Pub, and we’d love to celebrate with all of you Ottawa folks before we leave. So, if you’re around, come out to Irene’s this Saturday, 1-3pm, and let’s do it one more time, for old times sake. :)
Stay tuned for more updates, and certainly for some updates from the road!
Thanks to everyone who has helped make this a reality for us, and for all of you who have been coming out to our brunch show the past four years. It means so much to us. :)
Cheers,
C.A. & Sonny

Well, folks, the time has come for us to move on from our weekly brunch residency at Irene’s Pub, and we wanted to say thanks to all of you who have come out, and who’ve supported us as we’ve built our show for the past four years. Extra special thanks to Mike and Aislinn, and to all the folks who work to make Irene’s the special place it is for the rest of us.
We want to invite all of you to our final brunch show at Irene’s Pub, on April 5th, between 1-3pm. Let’s get together, let’s celebrate Irene’s, and let’s celebrate this beautiful community that continues to grow, and produce magic all over the city, and around the country.
We are so much looking forward to this next chapter, and excited to see where it takes us. Stay tuned for another big announcement next week! :)
Thanks,
C.A. & Sonny

Tune in to CKCU—that’s 93.1FM, on your dial—tomorrow morning from 10am-noon, and you’ll hear us, along with the one n’ only Birdie Whyte, as hosts of our beloved Canadian Spaces!
We can’t even put into words how honoured we are to have been given this opportunity, and we’re just so darn excited to be a part of the team. Thanks to everyone at CKCU, but special thanks to Chris for getting us in the chair, and to Dave for showing us the ropes, and for keeping this boat afloat, really.
We’ll be having Ethan Mitchell live in the studio to play some tunes, and to chat about his upcoming album launch, we’ll be chatting with the McMillan’s Camp Boys about their upcoming tour, as well as their past tour when they tracked down a hero of theirs, spinning a whole whack of killer records, and so much more!
Talk to yas then, space cadets! :)
Big thanks to Ben Vallee and all those who came out to Irene’s last night. It was a beautiful Sunday to kick off the month with. Don’t forget this Friday, February 7, is our one-of-kind theatrical production of The Revue at the GCTC. Get your tickets ASAP! Visit gctc.ca or find the link in our bio. Love you 😘
