Wohoo!! My very first wheel pose in 15 months! Last time was back when I was a couple of months pregnant.

I am so full of joy and grateful for getting my backbending practice started again. I really didn’t think I was ready for this yet, but it ended up feeling so good!

I love backbending. When I started out practicing yoga seven years ago, looking forward to the wheel in the end of my morning practice was what got me out of bed to do my full practice🙈 While pregnant I had to take it very easy, but I was longing for my backbending practice so much. And now I can wake up looking forward to it again🥳🥳🥳 Hurray!

It’s a bit more than six months since this cuty was born, and we are already doing yoga together😍 He has been practicing a lot lately. Me, not so much… Meditation and breathing exercises has been so meaningful this last half year, and has given me so much. Plus, you can even do it while breastfeeding🤱💕 But I really miss my asana practice, so here we go!
