Simon Ratzker jumped straight out of a spaghetti Western! 🐎 #BGT

We braved the elements and had a lovely time sharing circus skills at the Crewe Makers Market last weekend.

We had hula hoop, juggling balls, rings and clubs, pedal gos, flower stick and of course, plate spinning. Kudos goes to the young gentleman who got 3 ball juggling on his first session!

Si even got to share the joy of slinky manipulation :D

Good folk of London, mosey on over for 2 days of lasso, whip and circus workshops featuring moi and friends... Aaaaaaand 3 point blank danger shows a day featuring gun spinning,whip cracking, Lasso, gold bar juggling, target shooting and knife throwing... Phew! Gotta love finding a reminder of some great shows! Oh yeah, and it's good?! And funny?! Gratifying but also surreal that I find it hard to accept that it's lil Old me. Guess all it takes is a great stage, my favorite circus content to focus on, the one and only Toots!, and an amazing audience.

A puzzling new PB, last 10k was over 3 months ago, last run couldn't get over 6k without a break... Not had nearly enough time for exercise, feeling weaker and softer around the middle... But accidental pb... Woooo! 🤔👍

51 sessions to complete level 7 of the starting strength programme of the caliverse app (clear, easy to follow content that helps you keep track of your progress, no where close to needing the subscription yet!)

A foot stool, a bar, rings and a weighted vest to add challenge in the other exercises while I caught up with assisted hand stand push-ups (5 sets of 3). Couldn't do 1 to start.

Onwards to level 8 (of 12) and beyond.
