It’s probably about time I re-introduced myself as I don’t always show my face on here. My name is Simon and I am a Photographer & Filmmaker based in Edinburgh. I mostly work in the Travel and Wedding industry, but I love to dabble in different projects across different industries - it helps keep it fun and exciting for me. I’ve been working as a photographer since 2017 and went full time when after I finished my masters in Marine Science back in Autumn 2019. I love the freedom and challenges presented with working for yourself and love what I do. It’s definitely not without its stresses and anxieties but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I love spending time in the outdoors, traveling and eating good food with friends and family. The four main colour looks each have a distinct but cohesive filmic style that aims to add more of a nostalgic feeling to the images by using classic colours and film-inspired editing techniques.
