No regrets.

Ive struggled with this most of my life. From school to piano to everyday decisions, it was difficult to stop chasing what I deemed to be perfection. If what I was about to do would result in something less than perfect, I wouldn't do it. If what I envisioned in my head wasn't what I saw in real life, I would scrap it.

Im glad I've moved on from that, and while I fall back into that thinking from time to time, I know I can get out of it.

Being a beginner in something again has been a breath of fresh air. You should try it!

Learn to love the process, instead of comparing yourself to others, because they were also in your shoes, starting from scratch. This is something I struggle with immensely, and not only in cinematography, but in everything that I do. Im hoping this year in 2026, I can learn to be happy with my own progress and to see what others are doing as inspiration to do better!

Even the smallest step forwards can lead to greater heights and achievements. Don't stop just after your first step and stop there; keep on going.

Sound Design Practice!

Road Trip Memories

Recently went on a road trip to Calgary and got to finally explore and see Lake Louise and Moraine Lake! Had a ton of fun and also got to record a bunch.

I really want to keep on working on my own cinematography as I feel like I’m lacking in so many aspects. For this one, I wanted to try my hand at doing some sound design. I know I'm pretty far off from it being good, but one step at a time!
