Happy opening to @bigfootthemusical from your @mtc_nyc neighbor (and @newyorkstageandfilm sibling)!

Happy birthday, Daniel K. Isaac! Lia Chang, Jin Ha, A.K., Shannon Tyo, James Seol and Daniel K. Isaac. Photo by Zachary Harris. Great to know that Jin Ha is back in the @hamiltonmusical cast as Aaron Burr.
Congratulations and happy closing to everyone on the golf course from everyone on the mat!

If I had a nickel for every time I was posting to get rid of a free electric organ, I'd have two nickels-- which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Right?
Which is to say: Lowry organ available from upstate NY! It is confirmed functional and currently stored in a church garage about 40 minutes west of Albany. Available for free to anyone who is interested and willing to pick it up. Reach out to me if you have any questions/interest, and I can connect you for more info.
And tagging @radchaines as a reference as the last person I offloaded an organ to 🤪

wow it's been months since I've posted and I have been privileged to experience so many wonderful things this year so here's a nearly five-minute video (for real this time I think because I apparently don't know how instagram works) of me taking curlers out of my hair with Woman Is from the original broadway cast recording of Lempicka playing in the background

The funny thing is, when I first started using instagram due to Life As We Know It being put on hold due to a pandemic, I only did posts and refused to use stories because I’d show up as a viewer in people’s stories and I wasn’t ready to be Seen, plus I reasoned that if I was going through the effort to show something publicly on the internet, I wanted it to stick around for more than twenty-four hours. And then at some point along the way, I got over myself and discovered how much easier it was to not work as hard. I eventually had to deliberately resolve to be better about making actual posts… and then didn’t post anything for almost half a year.
What a half a year it’s been! So many special things happened that I do want to document at some point, but that’s overwhelming, so I’m going to start easy: oh my gosh I’ve consumed so many delicious things over the past few weeks. And, best of all, done so in delightful company.
A bunch of us took advantage of several NYC Restaurant “Week” deals. (It's still running at some locations through 9/2!) And then there are a couple of places where I need to go before I feel completely returned home after a span of time out of town.
I did mention (in my stories! haha!) that my Birthday Restaurant Week won’t be happening next month. (PS: come see my show at @bam_brooklyn instead, there’s a big discount on all tickets during the first week of previews! I'm pushing that week because I think that's going to be the best deal available!) But I’m certainly not suffering for lack of eating, drinking, or being merry. And you know… it's kind of cool to be (mostly) talking about things other than work.
I'd been planning to get home early from work tonight and clean the apartment, but then friends ended up being in the area and I stayed out longer. No regrets. Sometimes the universe really is throwing you a party, if you just RSVP for it.

I actually automatically clicked through to "stories" and had to go back to "post" hahaha. Going to try to get better about saying something for longer than 24 hours. For now, I'm still just barely squeaking under the line of the date having enough significance that I can claim that it's something other than late - thanks, Pacific timezone! Which is to say: finally churned out some more wordspew (linked in bio/comments/story), if you want to read about where I'm at these days. Or you can just enjoy this photo retrospective of two years of me being professionally and intensively Asianed, it's kind of the same thing.
