In the run-up to Glastonbury, we created timeline videos for the BBC, showcasing the careers of the three headliners—highlighting where they began, their key achievements, and culminating with their Glastonbury performances. It was just one of the many exciting projects we worked on as part of our coverage.

Here’s one we made for @Dualipa, which racked up an incredible 2.9 million views.

Shoutout to our designer @emmalansdown for creating this TikTok filter for @bbcradio1’s Big Weekend!

Inspired by the viral dancing Shrek filter, she gave it a Lewis Capaldi twist—funny, weird, and wonderfully uncanny. Lewis’ reaction? “I’ve never loved or hated anything more!”

The filter was a hit, even making it to the @vadundee for the Radio 1 Big Weekend exhibition. Big up producer @jesterdonnelly who lead the way on this.

What’s in a Michelin-star chef’s bag?

To promote the launch of @dish_podcast’s sixth season, we created this fun video with our wonderful hosts Angela Hartnett and Nick Grimshaw.

Why is Angela sharing the contents of her bag? Because she is ‘a YouTuber now,’ and that’s the kind of thing YouTubers do!

In addition to our new Instagram and TikTok accounts, we are delighted that Dish now has a dedicated YouTube channel where all upcoming episodes will be published as full videos. And because the Dish audience is a food-loving bunch, we are going to be capturing even more food content with the preparation of each dish by Angela, covered by our new ‘Ange Cam’.

We’ve been helping BBC Radio 2’s social team reach a wider audience through a mixture of services. A recent highlight from this partnership is this clip from the Scott Mills show featuring Janet Jackson which reached over 18 million views and was mentioned in press articles worldwide.

This included designing the assets that went out on official channels as well as artist accounts, we also captured content with the shortlisted artists at @langham_london press event and inside New Broadcasting House after their interview on @bbc6music.
 
The fantastic @abbieabbiemac hosted our long-form interviews, whilst we shot artists on arrival and around the media run. We also snapped polaroids, bts, portraits and 360 photos, squeezing every last drop out of the content opportunity.
 
2024 was the second time artist @berwynberwynberwyn was shortlisted after receiving his first nod in 2022 and there was a lovely moment when he walked in and recognised our Senior Producer Jessie Donnelly interviewing him, recalling chats he had from their first encounter. It was so nice to see how much being shortlisted meant for him not just once but twice!
