Alongside this photo from one of my favourite days of the year(the first day of spring)I’d like to share something with you.
Sadly, because of a broken shutter/camera, most of this year’s work is gone. I thought for a while about whether I should share this..but it’s been on my mind and kept me down for a while.
After coming home from my long awaited cycling trip through my beloved second home, the United Kingdoma journey meant to wrap up my work from the past five years — I found out my camera had been faulty the whole time. Most of what I captured on the road is lost, all clear negatives.
It doesn’t feel great not being able to share the work I had in mind, but I’m slowly making peace with it. I’m hoping to start creating again this coming spring or summer. Until then, I’ll probably be mostly offline.
Still I love seeing all your beautiful and inspiring work pop up here and I enjoy following all the wonderful processes. Keep doing your thing and hopefully we can share our work again soon.
Also, thank you to @milangies and @sarahmeiherman for guiding me while making this work over the past years. I’ll promise to come back soon🙌
