Someone said to me today how RARE it is for a baby to make it to 8 months old without being sick....

In our home, we try and eat good foods, get some sunshine, prioritize exercise, walk barefoot and not always follow the herd. (No really - somehow I find the time to make all my girl's baby food).

Health is not always in the form of medication and this earth is full of natural ways to help prevent illness and build immunity.

Prevent the problems. Identify the root causes. Create good habits. Raise healthy humans✌🏼
