This Women in Construction Week, follow Olivia Tobin through a typical day in her life as a Project Engineer at Ryan. This Black History Month in partnership with BRilliance, one of our Employee Resource Groups, we created moments of joy, learning and action, from music playlists and educational resources to a powerful conversation with Ann McNeill, President and CEO of MCO Construction and Services, Inc., and founder of the The National Association of Black Women In Construction.

Moderated by Phaizon Myers, Project Engineer and Co‑Chair of BRilliance, Ann shared insights on leadership, purpose and resilience drawn from her 40+ year career.

This conversation reminds us why fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive culture is so important, helping us listen better, lead thoughtfully and create a workplace where people can thrive.

Today on Veterans Day, we honor all who have served and continue to serve—including team members like Anna Griffin, our Director of Construction and 20+ year member of the Air National Guard.

Anna recently returned from a seven-month deployment to Jordan, where she led more than 250 airmen and women as the aircraft maintenance squadron commander for the 165th Airlift Wing. Back at Ryan, she continues her career while living the values of service, integrity and dedication every day.

Her story is one of many, and a reminder of the leadership, experience and commitment that service members bring to every team. #VeteransDay #BuildYourRyanStory

The new Lee and Penny Anderson Arena is officially open! We’re proud to have served as the design-builder, in partnership with @crawfordarchitects_usa, for this game-changing addition to the University of St. Thomas campus. Check out the full timelapse to see how it all came together!
