Back in Rome for few days of antiquities before a road trip to Naples and Pompeii.

Window at the Centrale Montemartini museum. A former power plant that now houses a collection of antiquities.

I'm always intrigued by museum windows with their unexpected qualities. Sometimes the glass is period and distorted in a lovely way. These windows from the 1920s look like the kind of phoney window treatments you find on movie set.
