Man Finds Tape is a special film for me. Its the first film I produced in Austin, my new home. It was made with a whole lot of love, by an immensely talented group of people.

It’s in the Alums and Other Demons block at 2:30pm on Saturday, September 20 (link in bio). We’ll be there, wearing NVGs and staring at the audience the entire time to methodically gauge your reactions.

According to Fantastic Fest, “The mythical beasts Moorhead & Benson (SOMETHING IN THE DIRT, SYNCHRONIC, THE ENDLESS) take a childhood tale we know and love, and thoroughly twist and dement it in a way only they could. They also star in the film, and for some reason, they’re speaking French.”
