Congratulations to the new ownership group at CTMP. The track has played such an important role in our family’s life over the years, and it’s bittersweet. Lynda and I are proud to have played a role in its history. Our goal was always to leave it better than we found it. Mission accomplished! We are grateful to our friend and partner Carlo Fidani for the opportunity and to Myles and the team for their hard work and friendship. Thank you GM, Canadian Tire, and Michelin for joining us and supporting our passion, and to all the partners, sponsors, and suppliers for your ongoing support. Pictured on the left of my restored ‘89 GM Series winning Camaro, is former Mackenzie Financial President, Jim O’Donnell… I first met Jim in 1986, and he became an incredible mentor and lifelong friend… Jim passed away on May 20th at the age of 88… Condolences to Jim’s wife Sandra, daughters Shannon, Megan and Erin… RIP, Jimmy, I would not have had the amazing life and journey in car racing without your love and support!! ❤️
