Still pinching myself that I got to direct and photograph what I’d call a dream project...spotlighting real people, real stories, and the insane amount of heart that goes into building something from scratch. That’s the whole why behind @makingwaves.project : celebrating the makers, the magic, the devotion behind the craft. And this one hit deep.

Getting to work with such a wildly talented team and seeing it come to life with voices like this one it’s everything I ever wanted this work to feel like.

“Each step is a quiet act of devotion... it’s not just a process — it’s a piece of us.”
That line from one of our artists wrecked me (in the best way). This spot isn’t just a commercial it’s a love letter to the makers who pour their soul into every detail.

Lately, I’ve been stepping more into directing and honestly… it’s feeling like home. Fulfilled to the core.

6 million views in a day and counting… and I’m still catching my breath.
This @jlabaudio spot is one of my most prized projects, not just because of the numbers, but because of the team behind it and the journey it took to get here.
What started as a client needing something resolved and evolved turned into “the set/scenes and editing/execution from your team were our best yet”. From deck to direction, meetings to game day…we built this. I had the honor of directing this spot featuring @miguel_harichi and @msjenevieve , and watching it come to life felt like watching a vision walk off the page and into the world.
This is also a full-circle moment — we’ve officially launched our own production company, @wavehousecreative . Because when you have the right people in your corner, the dream doesn’t just stay a dream. You’re only as good as your team, and mine? Bad. Ass.

One thing we love about Jason Wise is his passion for educating, inspiring, and advocating for the environment. He reminds us that Earth Day isn’t just one day in April, it’s something we can carry with us year-round.

LAX is finally changing… and honestly, it’s about time! 🙌

Seeing them test the new train feels like a real shift. Less of the usual chaos, more actual structure. If you’ve ever tried to make a tight connection here, you know this is a big deal.

As a photographer who’s constantly in and out of Los Angeles International Airport, this is major. It’s basically become my second home for years, and for once it feels like it’s moving in the right direction.

Not perfect yet… but finally getting there!

There is something deeply personal about a handwritten letter.

The pressure of the pen.
The small imperfections.
The feeling that someone slowed down long enough to leave a piece of themselves behind.

Artist Amanda Oleander has built a body of work around the quiet moments we often overlook, the ones that feel small in the moment but end up meaning everything.

Through illustration and her Snail Mail Art Club, Amanda is bringing back the ritual of handwritten connection and reminding us that love often lives in the simplest gestures.
