We’re set for a glorious week of sunshine which means we’ll be taking our mochas ICED from now on. Lucky for us, @risecoffeebox have delivered the PERFECT pairing ❄️

This month’s little treat to a selection of Rise subscribers is our Classic Hot Chocolate Powder and this delicious, natural cocoa blend pairs BEAUTIFULLY with the @caravanroastery Kisunga from D.R Congo in this months box.

To make, simply brew your espresso directly over the powder and mix until smooth. Fill a glass with ice, a milk of your choice and pour in you mocha blend. VOILA.

Natural* hot chocolates are PERFECT for specialty coffee pairings, as they offer a richer, authentic cocoa flavour with a gentle fruity acidity for a deliciously refined flavour.

*Natural cocoa means the cocoa has not been chemically processed to neutralise acidity, uniform flavour and darken the cocoa powder - all Islands products use natural cocoas!
