This is my third time writing this and it’ll be my last cuz this is too long to do over.
This is really hard to write out cuz I don’t ever tell anyone about this kind of stuff. Back in late 2014, 2015, early 2016 I used to be OBSESSED with suicide. When I used to be a dishwasher all I could think about were the plans on how I could kill myself. Literally I would think of every possible scenario. It was all I can think about and it just made me happy. It made me smile and cry a lot. I would dream of it so often. But I was never strong enough to do it unfortunately. I was already disappointed with myself and the fact that I couldn’t do it made me more disappointed.
One day, my family was going to Wisconsin Dells. They tried forcing me to go but I didn’t want to. Shit went down and they left me and I knew that was the absolute perfect moment to fucking do it. I went to the store and bought my rope. I’ve already had practice on tying a noose. I was going to hang myself in my closet or in the bathroom cuz those were my favorite places to be at in the house. I had the perfect set up for it too.
Then my friend @luis__barbosa called me out of no where and said he wanted to hang out. I said sure but he could only come over for a few cuz I already had my special plans. So we ate some food downstairs and we went upstairs in my closet and started drawing graffiti on the floor. We had a fun time hanging out then he fell asleep on the floor. When I saw that, I started to ball my eyes out. I couldn’t believe what had just happened. He literally saved me. I promised myself I was going to fucking do it but, I wasn’t going to end myself while he was there. I got on my knees and thanked god for sending me this angel. I’ve never felt so much rush thru me like that before. I still have my noose to forever remember how obsessed I was. Sometimes I put it on cuz I can’t believe I used to love wearing it. I still have those papers with our graffiti and the tears on it.
I have so many more stories but this is long enough for tonight.

Today I stand at the threshold of 3 decades, with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life, for every breath, every lesson, every joy, and even every trial that has shaped me into who I am today. Through every season, You have been faithful, guiding me even when I could not see the way.

Lord, I praise You, I adore You, & I worship You. I thank You for Your endless grace and mercy. For the times You carried me when I was weak, for the love You poured into my life through others, and for the quiet moments where Your presence gave me peace beyond understanding.

Never would I have imagine being able to see over 15 different countries, travel all over the US multiple times, have a career of over 10 years & still friendships & connections that I’ve built not of luck or strategy but of the character You’ve given me. Than You for giving me the passion of art, entrepreneurship & righteousness.

As I step into this new chapter, I fully surrender myself to You. I devote my entire existence to Jesus Christ—my Savior, my Redeemer, my King. Let my thoughts, my actions, and my purpose reflect Your will. Teach me to walk in humility, to love as You love, and to serve with a willing and faithful heart.

Excited to be taking this journey on with a bunch of great people.
