It’s my birthday soon! And this is the delicious cake I’ve made to celebrate 😋 It’s inspired by one of my favourite baked goods - a classic almond croissant - but with a little extra nourishment baked in 🌰
I’ve added oat flour, flaxseed and almond butter for some extra fibre, while keeping that indulgent, bakery-style layering that makes almond croissants so delicious. ✨
