Chef @nealfraser has built one of the most respected kitchens in LA, and when we brought our Ibérico pork there, they knew exactly what to do with it. Starting THIS Saturday, their grilled Ibérico pork skirt steak with a Thai pomelo salad is available, if you are in LA this weekend, go get it!
