Had a bit of a dream come true 🥲

Criminal justice reform has gotten a lot more attention in recent years, but most of the public's focus has been on the front end of the pipeline - changing the way police operate and reducing institutional inequities in sentencing.

That work is absolutely critical *and* it doesn't touch on a big piece of the picture: removing the stigma around criminal records so that 80+ million Americans aren't faced with glass ceilings that prevent them from accessing opportunity.

So it was an absolute privilege getting to work with @thejump_project - Larry Miller's new initiative to democratize access to opportunity. Honestly, Larry said it best:

"Talent is equally distributed. Opportunity isn't."

This work is super important, so please lean in. Give them a follow. Donate. Look for opportunities to incorporate justice-impacted people into your organization. Change starts with us.
