We are on the look out for our new Assistant Roastery Manager :))
As Assistant Roastery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the roastery, working closely with and reporting directly to our Head of Sourcing and Roasting.
In this role, you will be expected to approach your work with a strong sense of responsibility and care, always striving to make socially and environmentally conscious decisions that reflect Prolog Coffee’s values and long-term vision.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and motivated by creating structure and consistency in the production environment. This role is well suited to someone who is proactive and dependable, with the ability to seamlessly balance production responsibilities alongside planning, communication, and problem-solving. This hands-on role includes receiving and moving green coffee, organising inventory, and requires comfort with some heavy lifting.
An interest in coffee roasting, quality control, and operational improvement is important, as well as a willingness to learn and develop within the role. Experience working in a roastery is a plus, but curiosity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic matter just as much.
Start date - August 31
This role is part-time (30 hours) from Monday to Friday. Possibility of full time in the future.

I den seneste udgave af annoncetillægget AGENDA møder vi Jonas Gehl, medejer og medstifter af Prolog Coffee, som deler sin store passion for kaffe.
Han fortæller om den bedste kop kaffe, han har fået, hvordan kaffe blev en central del af hans arbejdsliv, og hvad der skal til for at brygge den perfekte kop. For ifølge Jonas er det ikke kun bønnerne, der gør forskellen — også vandet spiller en afgørende rolle for smagen.
