Great weekend in Cannes , certainly feeling it today! Well done lads it was fun!!

Yesterday Deon Crouse (Crousy) my friend and brother inlaw was taken from us after a short 6month fight with brain Cancer! Crousy I just want you to know that you were the best brother inlaw a man could have wished for!! It’s been an honour ! The belly laughs we’ve shared spanning the last two decades over many bottles of wine until early hours of the morning that drove our wives mad having to listen to us talk complete nonsense have been immeasurable! Memories of us , Tokkie and father inlaw cooking crayfish and pot on the rocks whilst the sun went down and waves crashed inn just meters away are not just the best I have in South Africa but some of the fondest memories in my life! This is not goodbye Deon just a take care until I see you next time! When you see father inlaw give him a squeeze from me and tell him we miss him!
Love as always (Mavis) the nick name that has stuck to this day that you and Tokkie gave me when mother inlaw decided to give me a Sunflower printed towel to wrap and keep warm on the back of the beach buggy 14 years ago!!
