Our collaboration with Atelier Corners ( @atelier_corners ) in our sister city of Osaka was a so refreshing! We had so many people come to the opening both here and in Japan! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening of Between Us!
This special collaboration between Project Onward and Atelier Corners brought together neurodiverse artists across 6,500 miles through shared works created across borders, each piece a conversation of creativity, culture, and connection.
A huge thank you to our artists, partners, curator T. Chang, organizer Nayef Nebhan, volunteer translators like @takuro_illustrator , and everyone who came out to celebrate with us. Your support made this project so special.
If you missed the opening, the exhibition is still on view, and available works can be explored through our online gallery.

For the last several months, we have been collaborating with our friends @atelier_corners in our sister city in Osaka, Japan, exchanging artistic talents through mail.
On Friday, May 15th at 6:30PM we are opening our latest show Between Us. The exhibition will include shared pieces that merge distinct visual languages, cultural perspectives, and lived experiences between neurodiverse artists overseas.
On the same day in Osaka, Atelier Corners will also be premiering the collaboration at Corners Gallery (1-chōme-6-13 Kyōritsudōri).
Come by, say hi, and if you're in Osaka say こんにちは!
