Después de años de estar mirando hacia afuera explorando el espacio y otros planetas hoy tengo tengo la mirada puesta en el planeta más importante, el planeta del agua, el planeta de la vida, nuestro planeta: Tierra.

Estuve en uno de los entornos más exigentes del mundo.
Donde fallar no era opción.

Y aún así, el mayor aprendizaje no fue técnico.

Fue entender cómo la presión te puede romper…
o transformar.

Eso cambió mi forma de ver el trabajo, los equipos y la vida.

We live surrounded by beauty, but often we don't notice it.
Attention is the first act of love. Appreciation, its expression.
When you combine the two, life ceases to be routine and becomes a gift.

Start with the simple:
Listen with your whole being.
See with your heart.
Give thanks without reason.

Presence isn't being. It's feeling.

In November I will be sharing a new version of A.G.E.S. this time in person in the Sierra Nevada, will be the first experiential encounter of this technique that leads us to develop full attention and enter into appreciation to fill us with Gratitude and Enthusiasm and so learn to release what no longer serves us.

The fight for a regenerative world demands everything from us.
After days of intense negotiations, marches, and hard conversations at the Fossil Fuel Treaty, we paused. We created a space to return to the breath, the body, and the ground. To replenish. To remember why we show up.
As one participant said in our closing circle: “In order to regenerate the world, we need to first regenerate ourselves.”
That truth is at the heart of everything we do.
Thank you to every activist, climate advocate, and fellow human who chose to prioritize their wellbeing alongside the work. And thank you to @shambalacomunidad for holding the space, @moonji.jaguar for leading a profound Yoga Nidra journey, and @viajerohostels for hosting a vital node of @fossilfueltreaty activity.

La lucha por un mundo regenerativo nos exige todo.
Tras dias de intensas negociaciones, marchas y conversaciones profundas en el Fossil Fuel Treaty, hicimos una pausa. Creamos un espacio para volver al aliento, al cuerpo y a la tierra. Para reabastecernos. Para recordar por que estamos aqui.
Como dijo una participante en nuestro circulo de cierre: “Para regenerar el mundo, primero necesitamos regenerarnos a nosotros mismos.”
Esa verdad esta en el corazon de todo lo que hacemos.
Gracias a cada activista, defensor del clima y ser humano que eligio priorizar su bienestar junto al trabajo. Circle Packing with Pi
• Since π is the ratio between circumference and diameter, you could build a Flower of Life pattern where each circle’s circumference/diameter relationship is highlighted.
• For example, drawing larger and smaller overlapping circles shows that the ratio remains constant, echoing the geometry of the Flower of Life.

Pi as Infinite Growth
• The Flower of Life represents expansion and interconnectedness.
• Pi, being infinite and non-repeating, can be visualized by layering Flowers of Life outward—each “ring” of circles could encode more digits of π (e.g., color-coded or numbered petals).

Sacred Geometry Resonance
• The Flower of Life is rooted in harmony and proportion. Pi is the fundamental proportion of circles.
• If you inscribe polygons in the Flower of Life (hexagons, triangles), and then inscribe circles inside them, π appears in the ratio of arcs to lines—a hidden but natural resonance.

Digit Encoding into Geometry
• Each digit of π could correspond to a circle radius or arc angle within a Flower of Life pattern.

Key facts about π:
• Approximate value: 3.14159…
• Irrational number: It cannot be expressed as a fraction of two integers; its decimal expansion goes on forever without repeating.
• Transcendental: It’s not the solution of any polynomial equation with rational coefficients.
• Universality: No matter how big or small the circle, the ratio circumference ÷ diameter always equals π.

LAURA DEL MAR HERNÁNDEZ 
Educadora, cineasta y activista intercultural por la defensa ambiental. Con más de ocho años de experiencia en territorios rurales y ancestrales de América Latina y África, ha liderado procesos de sanación colectiva, regeneración cultural y educación sensible desde y para las comunidades.

Fundadora de Generación Enraizada (Gen E), y Creadora del método Pedagogía del Enraizamiento, implementado en más de siete países, con impacto en más de 8.000 niños y jóvenes en contextos de conflicto, desplazamiento y crisis climática.
Ha trabajado en la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta y otros territorios vulnerables, articulando redes con sabedores indígenas, artistas y educadores.

SEBASTIÁN TORRES 
Es un visionario colombiano con una trayectoria que une lo extraordinario con lo esencial. Tras liderar proyectos de alta tecnología junto a Elon Musk en SpaceX, redirigió su energía hacia el despertar del potencial humano.
