Haven’t dropped a post in a while but lots have happen past couple months. With me taking the steps of being a better man in life, which means becoming vulnerable and asking for help getting out of my dark past life. I’ve experienced a remarkable transformation in my life since I started my spiritual journey. I’m thankful for the supportive community I’ve found through @hilltakers, which has given me opportunities to serve and help others. Tonight’s volunteer event for @weareoutreach program to help elderly was a huge success, thanks to the incredible men and women , kids who participated. Not only do I “manage” @movementgymschicago , I also put in the time to protect your outside climbing crags with @rrgcc down at the Red River Gorge by doing trail maintenance to keep those areas open and safe. This weekend we made a new trail to left side of fruit wall to make it easier to get to. Great people to see their hard work done and new skills to help take care of the land.
