We'd like to give a big hospice thank you to Lodge St. Christopher 1453 for raising money for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice in memory of their great friend and Brother, John McNee Wallace.

John passed away on 26 January 2026, and they all said he was looked after brilliantly by the staff at the hospice.

They raised an amazing £5,013.75!

Well done and thank you for supporting Glasgow’s Hospice.

On #InternationalNursesDay we'd like to recognise the incredible contribution of all nurses working in healthcare. Every day, nurses both save and improve lives, and their impact is greatest when they are properly empowered.

We are very fortunate in #GlasgowsHospice to have amazing nurses providing care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our patients and their families.

We were also delighted to recognise long service achievements of volunteers some of whom have been with us for 28 years.

It's been a fantastic week of fundraising for #GlasgowsHospice
We started the week off with our 2026 Hospice Challenge Cup ⛳️
It was great to see such a great turnout, with everyone coming together to support an important cause. The sunshine made it a perfect day, and the atmosphere out on the course was even better☀️
We’re proud to share that more than £25,000 was raised to support patient care here at the hospice, an incredible achievement that will make a real difference.
