Account Executive Maisie ticked off a bucket list travel destination as she jetted off to NYC for a long weekend sharing “My time in New York City was truly magical. Visiting around Thanksgiving made the experience even more special, with the city feeling so alive and full of energy. The food, atmosphere, and lifestyle were all so new to me, and it’s a trip I’ll never forget.” Managing Partner Lucy put it towards obtaining her Level 3 Diploma in Equine Anatomy & Physiology, further supporting her personal passion for equine therapeutics and working towards massage qualifications. And Managing Director Sara soaked up the tranquil offering of The Lake District with a post-wedding, luxurious mini moon at The Brimstone Hotel. High team retention and empowering agency cultures are not built in credentials or pitch proposals, but in authentic environments that bring out each and everyone’s best performance. ⭐

Happy anniversary to Butlin’s who, this weekend, officially celebrates 90 years as the Home of Entertainment. To commemorate one of the most recognisable roles in British hospitality and entertainment, our Rhinestone Redcoat campaign unveiled a spectacular, one-of-a-kind Redcoat, designed by The Masked Singer costume designer Tim Simpson, hand embellished with over 32,000 red gems.

Paying tribute to the iconic uniform with a reimagined, modern media moment, we officially unveiled the creation at Butlin’s Skegness, delivering a rollout of in-print national headlines including a full page in The Daily Star as well as statement pieces in the Daily Mirror, The Sun and Yahoo. The Rhinestone Redcoat also took centre stage on ITV’s Good Morning Britain as part of Richard Arnold’s live entertainment segment, delivering a combined earned campaign reach of over 48 million.

But the story doesn’t finish there, the Butlin’s Rhinestone Redcoat is currently being auctioned in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity with the bid currently standing at £4,500.
