When Russia attacked Ukraine, 1.73 million Ukrainian refugees received legal protection and financial support in Poland. Many of them were seniors.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 At the Polish-Ukrainian Seniors’ Club in Rzeszów, they can get IT support, crochet and sew, play chess, dance and sing, learn Polish and make new friends.

Here, support begins with simple things: time, attention and kindness. ❤️
