This tune is our second in a slightly accidental run of writing tunes about little creatures/beasts/ghouls, we hope you love it like we do.

We are also super super excited to announce these ggow June support slots!! First we will be supporting excellent visiting Chicagoan friends @yourbarreleye and @its.fruitleather . on Sat 13th of June, one would be a fool to miss it. And then we are feeling mega about supporting @1000rabbitsband !! one of the hottest bands coming outta this lil city called London rn. See yous there !💗

Secondly✌️We had such a good cosy time playing the doublet the other night!Many thanks to Carsick Charlie for an amazing set, and to SMC for putting it on. Thanks as well to Ellen for the photos and Liv for the vid! Sneak peek at the end of smth we’ve been working on 😳👀💗.

Coming up next month…

Plant Science are a seven-piece (!) post-rock band who weave together tender folk balladry with momentous crescendoes and fiery collective improvisation. Born out of both the volcanic Glasgow jazz scene and its ever-changing and revered DIY scene, they have quickly been garnering support and praise across the city. If yr into bands like The Microphones, King Crimson, Black Country New Road and Big Thief, you’ll be into Plant Science.

Support on the night comes from the most-excellent Loon, an American duo now based in Glasgow who take inspiration from everything from baroque string quartets to chamber music to create a beguiling and unique fusion of alt-rock, folk and slow-core.

Both bands on this lineup will receive 100% of their ticket sales, so if you can, come down, see some good bands, have a class night and support independent music. Somebody’s got to, eh?
