Ok ok we're NOT @foodandwine best new chefs but we were very sweetly included in their best new chefs restaurant guide for New Orleans thanks to our old friend @greg.sonnier.73 and @gabriellenola .

And if we may return the favor, @gabriellenola is one of our favorite restaurants in town. It opened in 1992 and was one of THE spots. It took them 12 years to re-open after Katrina in 2017 but they never gave up. Chef Greg, @marybsonnier, now with their daughter @gabiesonnier are running a New Orleans institution and we couldn't be prouder to know em.

Truly an honor to move up in the rankings of @50toppizza for the US in 2025. It's our third year on the list. We started our popup over 15 years ago now and it feels really amazing to be recognized among so many other special pizzerias across the country. Can still remember being in college thinking about bringing the NY style pizza we grew up with to New Orleans but having no clue how to do it. Thank you @albertsapere , @barbara_guerra_50top @lucianopignatarowineblog @50toppizza for appreciating what we do.

Our whole staff past and present are the best and work so hard! Our GM Madison, FOH manager Betsy, kitchen manager Sarah and pizza manager Jill are so good at what they do.

Huge thanks to everyone in New Orleans who supports us day in and day out - our regulars.and our day ones since the pop up days. And love to all who spread the word, come in for date nights, with your families, ordered for birthday parties and weddings. Kids growing up on our pizza as their pizza will never not be cool to us. It's hard to run a restaurant! We literally wouldn't be here without your support.

Being part of the larger pizza community is a blast. The food scene in New Orleans is crushing it, full of so many good people and friends. It has been so fun to see us stake our claim as a pizza town. So proud of our friends @st.pizza.nola for making the top slice list!
