From the 9-5 hustle to the never-clock-out life of a stay-at-home mom, the transition has been a lot. Some days, I miss the structure of my old routine. Other days, I can’t imagine missing these small moments—Stroller Strides in the morning, a Costco lunch date, and figuring out how to pump on the go (shoutout to Maia breast milk cooler for making that easier).

Both roles are demanding in their own way. The meetings have been replaced with snack requests, and my “lunch break” is now squeezing in a few bites while keeping up with a toddler and a preschooler. But at the end of the day, the love, exhaustion, and sense of accomplishment? Exactly the same.
