True tea: I try not to be a class song vulture but I could not stop shimmying around to this track after @ysabellecaps & @rioshow__ class. I also have been trying to harness inspiration in a way that leads me deeper to my own artistry and not so much copying. ALSO, I can’t stop watching the videos of the Janet show living in my phone because it was magical. So this is my variation of what that energy feels like personified through movement and I would LOVE to see girls hitting something like this on stage or doing it myself.

I so rarely get a chance to take a class like this in LA I almost forget where my dance roots are. Missed expelling this much energy out in one number although my choice to teach 5 classes and go rock climbing before this like I’m 21 was a very silly choice 😅.
