Elettra is an Italian sound designer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Leipzig. Trained at the Conservatory of Milan and Abbey Road Studios, she works internationally across film, documentary, audio storytelling, and live performance. Alongside her creative work, she is a member of the R&D department at the German Association of Audio Engineers and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Surrey, collaborating with BBC R&D on immersive audio and media personalization.
Her attention to space, texture, and emotional nuance makes her a vital voice in shaping the sonic world of Afterwards, where silence and atmosphere carry as much weight as dialogue.
