Gold in the @controlledcombat purple/brown division today. Starting to compete in BJJ at purple at old man 37 has been one of the most nerve wracking things ever, but today I proved to myself that I can hang a little! Hi friends! It’s been a while. I may have (dramatically) slowed down on posting here, but the truth is this has been the most growth-filled and productive year of my life. I have found more balance and direction, and the creative juices are pouring in and out at a high frequency. So much so that I sometimes forget to share and reflect. One night only, completely sold out, and filled with all the legendary classics, collabs and new material.
