When we don't post we're tucked in the woods camping somewhere with no signal. We spent the last couple days in the mountains off the coast of Big Sur. Just us, no one around for miles. Breathtaking coastal views and a campfire. No amenities or restroom. Just enough food and water to survive and solar power to charge our equipment sparingly. Somehow the idea of scarcity never crosses our mind. Our hearts are full of joy and gratitude and in those moments we feel like the richest people in the world.

In Denmark we have a fitting saying for this place: “they live like herrings in a barrel” - meaning they live in a very tight place🙆🏼‍♀️ needless to say there’s a lot of herring in the traditional Danish cuisine but still I find it pretty weird... 🐟 what weird sayings do you have in your country? 😆 Best ones deserves a shoutout!! 🙌🏻

They said you can't go to Sri Lanka and not take the train through the highlands and hell ya they were so right. We drove 4h from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya on 1.900m where we spent the night. You drive along tea orchards, lush green hills, see farmers working and kids waving. A very enjoyable ride. .
Funny story I didn't want to bother the people sitting in the doors, so I decided to use the bathroom window and stood on the toilet for this picture 🙈😅

Este maravilloso año 2018 empezó en Chile, en el desierto de Atacama. Acabamos de pasar otros dos fantásticos días en La Paz y cinco en Copacabana y ahora vamos rumbo al Amazonas para hacer un voluntariado de dos semanas 🌴🎊 Soy muy feliz de haber dejado todo en Londres y haber empezado esta aventura por Sudamérica. @beccaruski and I were heading down hwy 97 below shasta. I was in the passenger seat staring out the window the entire time in awe of an angle of shasta I'd never seen before. Becca, who was driving, was in constant torment because she she couldn't look out the window. Eventually the drive was over and we parked off the side of a perfectly straight quarter mile stretch of road. The light was coming in from the right and illuminated the mountain in a warm glow. Becca and I decided to be super stereotypical and we broke out my skateboard to ride down it. It was super fun, even though I did almost get hit by multiple cars. I'm a bad example. Anywho, the sun dipped behind clouds right before sunset and we lost all of the good light. Then the sky broke open for 2 minutes and we got the light we were waiting for! Except right then a 2 minute stream of cars hit the road and we were unable to shoot it 😂 That's our luck I guess haha. We did manage to get this shot though and I'm pretty stoked about it. Also becca broke out a t-rex suit. So that was amazing.
