@darkmattercoffee grew out of Humboldt Park. Not from a business plan, but from a coffee bar filled with musicians, artists, and people who spent as much time building community as they did serving coffee.

Over time, the company expanded beyond the coffee bar and into roasting, sourcing, and relationships at origin. What stayed consistent was the feeling around it.
